Framework Improvement Group was founded by Jordan Winders, an operational improvement and safety leader with more than 20 years of experience across military, commercial, and business aviation.
Jordan's background spans operations, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, policy development, auditing, and organizational improvement, as well as safety and risk consulting outside the aviation industry.
That range makes it possible to look beyond an isolated policy or compliance question. Framework examines how responsibilities, decisions, documents, and daily work fit together—then helps organizations build practical systems that work in real-world operations.
